This week is a bit of a stressful one for me as I have my Uni exams. Exams really stress me out, so I try to make the lead up as easy as possible for myself. I’ve planned simple dinners my husband can help with if I need him to, and Subway on Tuesday, which is his soccer night, so we can just pick it up on the way. If you have any tips for dealing with stress I’d love to hear them.
